Terms of Service

1.Agreeing to these terms

AnyLobby ("we", "us") runs anylobby.gg, a place to find people to play games and do other activities with online. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use AnyLobby.

2.Who can use AnyLobby

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian is OK with you using AnyLobby.

Every account shows a 16–17 or 18+ tag. You must give your real age at sign-up. Lying about your age will get your account removed.

If you are under 18 and list yourself as a coach, a parent or guardian must be OK with you taking bookings and payments.

3.Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your login secure and don't share or sell your account.

Usernames are first come, first served. We can reclaim or change usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, are offensive, or are left unused for a long time.

4.Online only

AnyLobby is for online activities. Don't use it to arrange meeting strangers in person, and never post your address, school, phone number, or other details that could identify where you are.

5.Rules for behaviour

Don't harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against anyone. No hate speech, sexual content, or content involving minors in any sexual way.

No scams, phishing, spam, selling or trading accounts, cheats, or boosting services. Don't ask other users for money, personal information, or private photos.

Don't impersonate other people, brands, or AnyLobby staff, and don't try to break, overload, or scrape the site.

Rate teammates honestly. Don't use ratings or reports to harass people, and don't create extra accounts to boost or attack reputation.

6.Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (profile text, links, images, lobby titles). You give us permission to display it on AnyLobby so the service works.

Only post images and links you have the right to use. We may remove any content that breaks these terms or the law.

7.Ratings and reputation

Reputation scores come from other users' ratings. They are opinions of other users, not statements by AnyLobby, and we don't guarantee they are accurate. We may remove ratings that look fake or abusive.

8.Coaches and third-party sites

Coaches list themselves on AnyLobby, but bookings and payments happen on other sites (such as the coach's own page). AnyLobby is not part of any coaching deal, doesn't handle the money, and isn't responsible for the quality of coaching or refunds. Be careful who you pay.

Links to other sites, including Discord, are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own rules.

9.Ending accounts

You can stop using AnyLobby and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, put other users at risk, or that we're legally required to remove.

10.The service is provided as is

AnyLobby is in beta. Things may break, change, or go offline, and we may add, change, or remove features.

To the extent the law allows, AnyLobby is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what other users do. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have that can't be excluded by law.

11.Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know on the site. Continuing to use AnyLobby after an update means you accept it.
