Privacy Policy

1.The short version

We collect as little as we need to run AnyLobby. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use tracking or analytics cookies.

2.What we collect

Account: your email address, and if you sign in with Google or Discord, the name, avatar and email that service shares with us.

Profile: your username, display name, bio, region, links, ranks, avatar and background image links, accent colour, and coaching details if you list yourself as a coach.

Age: we ask your age at sign-up but only store whether you are 16–17 or 18+. We never store your exact age or birthday.

Activity: lobbies you create or join, ratings you give and receive, reports you make, and how many times your profile has been viewed.

Technical: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security.

3.How we use it

To run the service: matching you into lobbies, showing your profile, calculating reputation, showing which age group you're in, applying lobby age limits, and preventing abuse.

To contact you about your account, such as sign-in emails. We don't send marketing emails.

4.What other people can see

Profiles are public at anylobby.gg/username, including your age group (16–17 or 18+), reputation, ranks, links and view count.

Your email address and age are never shown to other users.

5.Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run AnyLobby: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), and Google or Discord if you choose to sign in with them. They process data only to provide their service to us.

We'll share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety. We never sell your personal information.

6.Cookies

We only use essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one that remembers a username you tried to claim before signing up. No advertising or analytics cookies.

7.Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit your profile at any time in Settings.

To delete your account and personal data, email support@anylobby.gg from the address on your account. Ratings you gave others may be kept in anonymous form so other users' reputation stays accurate.

8.Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and database rules restrict each user to their own information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your email account.

9.Your rights and contact

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@anylobby.gg.

We may update this policy. If the changes are significant we'll let you know on the site.
